Rygor Group Ltd., which includes multi-franchised commercial vehicle dealer, Rygor
Auto (formally known as Rygor Commercials) celebrated its first anniversary of the
business’ MBO, this week. To thank team members for their dedication to Rygor,
joint-owners, John Keogh and Rish Channa organised special lunch deliveries for
team members across the whole business.

Since its MBO in November 2022, Rygor Group has seen exciting growth and
expansion.

In January this year, Rygor Auto officially opened its custom designed site at Worton
Grange in Reading, and earlier this month the team at Rygor Auto Gloucester
welcomed the first passenger car customers to the award-winning branch.

Expansion into passenger car is an unprecedented move in the commercial industry,
and one which provides an additional service element for customers and importantly,
secures additional revenue for its team.

This year Rygor Group has launched APEX Van Solutions, which provides multi-
brand used van sales in Reading, along with Rygor Plant, the UKs first and largest
XCMG franchised Dealer, which was introduced to the public at Plantworx 2023 in
June.

In August this year, Rygor’s board of directors unveiled the new Rygor Group
structure and branding. This included announcing the exciting changes the business
is making to enhance the range of quality services it offers customers, and the
strategic investment and expansion of the whole business. Rygor Group Ltd. is
committed to ensuring it provides a full customer centric offering from sales through
to full aftersales and maintenance, provided by Rygor’s expert, award-winning team.
In addition to further enhancing Rygor Group’s customer offering, John and Rish
have continued to focus on recognising and developing their team, and since the
MBO, have introduced initiatives like paid birthday leave, enhanced maternity and
paternity pay, and paid miscarriage leave. In September, as a result of team
feedback, Rygor Group was officially Great Place to Work™ certified, for the second
year running.
