On Thursday, GRIDSERVE will announce the opening of two new Electric Super Hubs in the North East, to bolster charging facilities on one of the UK’s busiest motorways. Located at Moto Washington North and South on the A1(M), each Electric Super Hub has six 350kW-capable High Power chargers, providing easy, convenient, and reliable charging for motorists.

News is:

· GRIDSERVE opens two new Electric Super Hubs in Moto Washington North and South on the busy A1(M).

· Each Electric Super Hub features six 350kW-capable High Power chargers, and both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors, to make it as easy as possible for customers to charge.

· All chargers accept contactless payment and provide real-time status updates to a range of popular EV charging maps.

· Chargers are powered by 100% net zero carbon energy from GRIDSERVE’s pioneering hybrid solar + battery farms.

The new Electric Super Hubs join the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway’s network of over 160 locations. Since 2021, GRIDSERVE’s partnership with Moto has delivered over 320 EV charge points, 142 of which being High Power chargers.
