Palletline London is excited to announce its extended partnership with London Stone, a market leader in the supply of natural stone paving to clients throughout the UK.
Palletline London has been working with London Stone since 2019. The new agreement will see Palletline London now transporting goods across the country.
London Stone’s decision to expand its working relationship with Palletline London was due to its increased fleet availability allowing for more flexibility for customers. London Stone is also committed to providing the best customer service to its customers – an ethos it shares with Palletline London.

The diverse load of London Stone’s goods, ranging from natural stone and porcelain paving slabs to clay paving bricks, composite decking, and metal pergolas, requires a safe loading and unloading process.
Palletline London’s 750kg pallet limit means that loads can be moved safely particularly on difficult terrain such as gravel driveways which can be common on B2C deliveries as most are either left kerbside or on the driveway if access is clear. Larger deliveries will be split between multiple vehicles to ensure safety standards are maintained.
Palletline London has gone the extra mile to secure the London Stone contract, expanding the fleet of vehicles available with a double deck trailer capable of carrying 40 to 60 pallets at a time (depending on weight).
The double deck trailer also features bespoke curtains featuring a unique livery specially created for the London Stone vehicles. Palletline London is also supplying dedicated drivers who collect from London Stone’s hub for delivery to customers between 11am and 3pm the next day in some cases or economy delivery for others.

The flexibility provided by Palletline London’s fleet of vehicles means that they can adjust the amount deliveries and pick-ups depending on requirements with up to three pick-ups from the London Stone hub occurring during peak times.
